Identificación, expresión y regulación emocional:FREEZE GAME

PURPOSE: The main goal of this activity is to train impulse inhibition (inhibitory control) through play, using two musical games. The first is a song where children perform actions until they hear “freeze” and must stop moving. The second is the classic statue game. The third phase increases the challenge by asking children to remain still while others play.
